Seafood Boil on the Grill

Shrimp and sausage boils are a great way to create a feast for friend, while on a budget!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined⁣
  • 1 lb andouille sausage sliced⁣
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped⁣
  • 1 can 12 oz beer (Foster’s or your choice)⁣
  • Lemon and lime wedges⁣
  • 1/2 cup butter⁣
  • Fresh parsley chopped⁣
  • 1 lb of Melissa’s Dutch red potatoes⁣
  • 8 oz whole mushrooms⁣
  • 1 large white onion sliced⁣
  • 4 oz Zatarain’s crab boil seasoning⁣
  • 4 oz Caribeque Calypso Kick seasoning⁣

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Pit Boss smoker to 350°F (175°C).⁣
  • In a saucepan, combine beer, melted butter, garlic, lemon/lime, and parsley. Heat until well combined.⁣
  • In disposable aluminum pan, place potatoes, mushrooms, onions, sausage, and seasonings.⁣
  • Pour beer and butter mixture over ingredients.⁣
  • Seal pan tightly with foil.⁣
  • Smoke for 30-40 mins until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked.⁣
  • Add shrimp, smoke for 5-7 mins until pink.⁣
  • Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired. Enjoy!⁣
