Preheat Pit Boss smoker to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, combine beer, melted butter, garlic, lemon/lime, and parsley. Heat until well combined.
In disposable aluminum pan, place potatoes, mushrooms, onions, sausage, and seasonings.
Pour beer and butter mixture over ingredients.
Seal pan tightly with foil.
Smoke for 30-40 mins until potatoes are tender and sausage is cooked.
Add shrimp, smoke for 5-7 mins until pink.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired. Enjoy!
