Kabobs mean it’s summertime! Even though the prep is quick-and-easy, they always come out so darn impressive. Fire up your grill!!!
Simply put, shish kabobs are a dish of cubed and skewered meats. In this popular Middle Eastern dish, each hunk of meat is typically separated with chunks of onion and bell peppers. The end result is a beautiful skewer full of flavor and color.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1lbs Chicken
- 1lbs Beef (cubed)
- 1lbs. Shrimp (optional)
- 1lbs. Veggie Sweet Peppers
- 1 clam Baby Heirloom tomatoes
- 1 clam of each White boiler, Red boiler, Gold boiler onions
- 1 clam Button mushrooms
- 1 shaker Pico de Gallo seasoning
How do you Cook Kabobs?
- Cut meat into cubes.
- Cut your veggies into similar sizes. Season them liberally.
- Thread your meat and veggies on to a skewer, alternating meat-veggie.
- Cook them on a hot grill!
- Allow the skewers to rest to soak in the juices.
- Bon appetit!
